Dear customers: 

After you receive the Infrared Thermometer, please follow below instruction for the setup for the first time before use, and after that you can just press the button and the screen will display the temperature. Let us know if you face any difficulty, and we can set a video call with you when necessary.

 Install Setups:

• 1. Install 2 AAA batteries, do take note you should install the negative and positive correctly. (there are no batteries in the thermometer as batteries are forbidden for international shipping)
• 2. Press any key to turn on the screen and confirm if it is in “体温”/body temp mode. If it is in “物体温度”/ Object temperature, press “MODE” key to switch to “体温” mode so that you could get accurate data. The two modes use different ways to measure temperatures. 
• 3. Keep a distance within 1 ~ 10 cm, it cannot be blocked by hair. Most accurate position is the middle of the forehead.
• 4. It can store 50 sets of historical measurement data, press “MEMO” key to view historical data.

More Setting:

• 5. Hold the “SET” menu for 3 seconds or longer, upon the different times of you to press the “SET” key, the interface will show F1-> F2-> F3-> F4-> Save.
• 5.1 press “SET” key to “F1” interface, press “MEMO” to display temperature in Fahrenheit, press “MODE” to change it into Celsius.
• 5.2 press “SET” key again to “F2” interface, which is to set the mininum temperature threshold for emitting red backlight, when the temperature is higher than the threshold, the red backlight will be displayed. Press “MEMO” to decrease the mininum temperature threshold, and press “MODE” to increase it.
• 5.3 press “SET” key again to “F3” interface, you can press “MEMO” to turn off the Chinese voice, press “MODE” to turn on the voice. (noted: English voice is not available at the moment, and we are still researching on it)
• 5.4 press “SET” key again on “F4” interface, Press MEMO and MODE to modify the overall temperature offset setting (for inaccurate temperature measurement).
• 5.5 Finally press SET again, all changes will be saved.

Error Code: 

If the screen display “Hi”/ “Lo”/ “Err”/ “POS”, it means the ambient temperature too High, too Low or not suitable. But if you cant get the accurate measure data, please change to a new placement for 15-30 mins and try again.
