How CleanPod works
Ultraviolet C (UVC) light has a very short wavelength and very high energy. Wavelengths between 200–300 nm are considered germicidal, as they are strongly absorbed by nucleic acids.

UVC light is proven to be highly effective in killing bacteria and other pathogens, by scrambling their DNA or RNA (their genetic code). Once their genetic code is broken, they can no longer function.

Has my order been dispatched yet?

Most orders are generally dispatched within 24 hrs (Excludes Weekend) but may up to 72hrs, sometimes longer. You will receive a dispatched email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email, contact us at info@medicalcenterclub.com and we can give you real-time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not. It always takes 1 to 3 days before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system.


Do your prices include VAT?

VAT is only for orders within the EU (European Union).
As we ship EU orders from German/UK, so we can deliver goods free of VAT.

My item arrived broken or damaged what can I do?

If your product is damaged please take photos and a video then send them to carecenterclub@gmail.com. We will arrange a new shipment within 48 hrs. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases or other packagings. This is the carrier's responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.


Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still can not find it, please do let us know.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

When you receive your dispatched email, it will be there most of the time, if you can not find it, please email us at carecenterclub@gmail.com for an update on your tracking.

For more shipping information, please contact us via email or filling out the ‘Contact Us’ form, we will usually get back to you within 2 hours.

Our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please read carefully about our Return and Refund Policy before make an order: 

24 hour refund

Before we ship any product, it undergoes several stages of quality checks. It is our intention to provide only the highest quality items to our customers. After you made an order to us, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. From that point, you will notice if you need to make adjustments to your order. Please note that when you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification. After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it will be too late to make any changes. So whatever information you provide to us, we will follow that.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, PayPal or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us request together with a photo or video of the product to: carecenterclub@gmail.com

Shipping cost

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Conditions that you can't refund

(1) If you inform us after the order was shipped, you can't cancel the order or apply for refund.

(2) If you think the product you receive is defective or damaged, but refuse to take a photo or video to describe the problem, you can't apply for refund.
